Backup Schedule
Data will be backed up as agreed in the service level agreement. This can be continuous, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Multiple backup schedules are also supported.
Data Supported
We support virtually any file or file systems. The following platforms are also supported: Network Attached Storage (NAS), Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Lotus Notes / Domino, Volume Shadow Copy for open files in Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Mail Level Backup for Microsoft Exchange, InFile Delta (simple), InFile Delta (advanced)

Retention Policies
This will be as agreed upon in the service level agreement. This can be day by day, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Custom options may exceed yearly retention.
